May it be the product based solutions of ERP/ CRM, or custom developed solutions,
software can now be made available:
On-Premise
This is the traditional implementation model for software. You purchase upfront
the software licenses and the hardware needed to run it, and have the responsibility
for its maintenance. Several business find comfort and security in this model. Your
recurring costs in such a model are minimal, and not impacted by usage. In mid to
long term, the on-premise option has one of the lowest total costs of ownership
and is a good option for companies who want greater control in how they implement
and manage their software applications.
All solutions provided by Alletec – product based (ERP/ CRM) or custom built
- are available in the On-Premise model.
Partner Hosted
Owned by you – like in the case of an On Premise application, but deployed
with an ISP, the hosted model saves you from the hassle of system maintenance, while
at the same time providing an anytime, anywhere access over the internet. The ISP
would usually provide for the infrastructure like – backup and firewall. You
would have paid for your application licenses, with the ISP providing the needed
hardware and the system software – for a recurring (usually monthly) fee.
Restriction and additional costs for bandwidth usage would usually apply in these
cases.
All solutions provided by Alletec – product based (ERP/ CRM) or custom built
- are also available in the Partner Hosted model.
On Demand
This is the true cloud model. You make no upfront payments – neither for software
nor hardware. You only pay for your actual usage – on a rental basis. You
also have the flexibility to scale up and scale down – based on your changing
needs. This is essentially the model where hosting is done by Microsoft.
Alletec provides and builds solutions and applications that can be deployed on the
cloud. Our practice with Windows Azure enables ISVs to get solutions developed and
deployed quickly, and billed to customer on usage basis. Building out an infrastructure
that supports your web service or application can be expensive, complicated and
time consuming. Forecasting the highest possible demand, building out the network
to support your peak times, getting the right servers in place at the right time,
managing and maintaining the systems – can all take your focus away from business
to infrastructure. You can look to the Microsoft cloud to get an answer to these
challenges.
The Windows Azure platform is a flexible cloud–computing platform that
lets you focus on solving business problems and addressing customer
needs. No need to invest upfront on expensive infrastructure. Pay
only for what you use, scale up when you need capacity and pull it back when you
don’t. We handle all the patches and maintenance — all in a secure environment
with over 99.9% uptime
