Tata International to use Dynamics 365 Sales & Customer Service

Tata International signs up their Dynamics 365 for Sales and Customer Service implementation with Alletec. The objective is to have a global sales/service process across all trading verticals. This solution shall integrate with the existing Dynamics NAV ERP enabling an end to end business process automation.

Alletec supports enterprise systems for global TIL business operations in more than 10 countries. These operations span across several verticals, with locations from Singapore to the USA. Alletec has been responsible for consulting, implementations, and maintenance of these solutions, and also providing a 24x7 support helpdesk.
