KEY CHALLENGES TO BE SOLVED:

  • Lack of visibility of Customer 360 view: key metrics, demographics, subscriptions, requests, issues, interaction and transaction history of Customer.
  • Lack of visibility of Sales team performance
  • Ensure data reliability for accuracy for reporting and analysis

SYSTEM LANDSCAPE:

  • Core banking system captures all the information for retail and corporate customers for all the liabilities products like CASA, deposits, payroll accounts etc and loans.
  • NEPS: Information regarding transactions done across POS, ATM and other channels
  • SWIFT: Information regarding all the international transactions done by NIC Asia customers.

SOLUTION PROVIDED:

Alletec was engaged by Agile to help them in the solution designing and Pre sales activities Microsoft solution stack included a Power App for frontline workers across Sales, Customer Service and Digital Marketing to manage the entire customer journey from market segmentation to acquiring new customers and managing/growing their relationship with bank

Human Resource functionality was already developed by Agile in NAV and power BI was used for generating analytics by pulling data from multiple data sources Currently, customer information is pulled from these multiple systems to a Datawarehouse using complex quenes Information is synced to Dataverse eritities to provide 360-degree view of customer information through single window


Power App for Dealer & Tenant Experience


PASI PHILIPPINES:

It is one of the largest dynamics partner in Philippines with focus or Business Central and have built ISV solutions on Business Central.

KEY CHALLENGES TO BE SOLVED:

  • For their Tenant management solution, they wanted to provide a modern user interface to their Dealers and Tenants.
  • Dealers and Tenants should be able to view properties on a map and it should be interactive to view information regarding a particular property and also make transactions

SYSTEM LANDSCAPE:

  • Tenant Management System: Built on Dynamics Business Central captures all the information related to property-contract, invoicing and service requests.

SOLUTION PROVIDED:

Alletec was engaged by PASI o help them in the solution designing and modernization of their TMS Solution activities. Technology stack included Power App for dealers and Tenants connected to TMS system and Map based control to display the properties in graphical interface
