Shukla led a session on frontline mobile apps and co-presented sessions on Business Central sustainability and expense management.
PARIS, November 2, 2026 – Rishabh Shukla, Associate Principal at All e Technologies (Alletec) and Microsoft Most Valuable Professional (MVP) for Business Applications, joined Microsoft’s product team on stage at Directions EMEA 2026 to present some of the latest Business Central innovations and insights with the community. The conference took place in Paris from October 27 to 29. Shukla co-presented two Microsoft sessions and led a third on frontline mobile applications. It was his first Directions EMEA since Microsoft recognized his contributions to the Business Central technical community with the MVP award in September 2026.
Microsoft Directions, one of the largest gatherings of the Business Central community, brings together resellers, ISVs, Microsoft representatives, Distis, MVPs, developers, consultants, and business leaders to explore the latest product developments, innovations, and strategies shaping the Dynamics ecosystem.
On October 27, Shukla joined Ksenia Oreshkina, Product Manager, Microsoft, for a session on developments in Business Central’s sustainability capabilities. Later that day, he and Aleksandar Totović, Principal Product Manager at Microsoft, explored Business Central’s native expense management functionality and how teams use it to process expenses. On October 28, Shukla delivered a session on building frontline mobile applications for Business Central with Dataverse, Power Platform & Copilot Studio, alongside Nikola Pančić and Marko Totović of Companial.
Outside the sessions, Shukla spent time with Microsoft product team members and Business Central professionals from across the partner community, including fellow MVPs — exchanging perspectives on product capabilities, implementation challenges, and the growing role of AI and agents in business applications. Shukla drew on Alletec’s implementation experience in these exchanges and returned with perspectives that will be valuable in future engagements.

Shukla has more than 17 years of experience implementing Dynamics NAV and Business Central for customers across India and Europe. His work at Alletec includes building the company’s Cyborg and ProActivate solutions.
